Sun Care Ambassador (SCA)

SUMMARY

As a Sun Care Ambassador (SCA) you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers who visit our retail locations. Your primary focus is on our customers and helping them find solutions to their needs. This means that you will enthusiastically share information about our beach communities, our unique marine ecosystems and the proper selection and use of sun care products. You will demonstrate an upbeat, helpful and outgoing attitude that embraces our company’s mission to “Shine On!” You will be well-trained in product knowledge to provide the confidence to reach out and talk to people passing by. We love the beach, and you will be part of our team promoting our “beach lifestyle” brands in person and through our on-line and social media marketing platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly sales targets

• Interact with customers and the general public in an upscale resort setting with the highest level of courtesy

• Maintain a positive, helpful and cheerful attitude

• Handle all questions and inquiries

• Provide an outstanding customer experience

• Conduct small group presentations and other promotional activities as directed

• Participate in photoshoots and company promotional events

• Able to lift 35 pounds and help set up displays

• Pay attention to detail when checking out and processing orders to ensure accuracy

• Represent the company by consistently modeling our mission and values

• Other duties as assigned
